For several months, I am using a hand drawn visual picture depicting all my projects, deliverables, timelines and it is working well for me. I took time to replicate this visual in Visio to share with you. Overall this looks like a pie chart of my work. You can be very creative and incorporate additional visual oomph by changing pie sizes.

 

Very soon, I will write an simple article on creating this weekly status in Visio (step by step instructions).
